On-Line Services Maintenance Contracts

Maintenance can either be performed on a time and materials basis or a fixed price contract to provide either telephone only support, remote dial in support or on-site support. Contracts can be tailored to an individual customers needs to provide any of the three methods of support listed above in conjunction with variable hours of coverage.

By tailoring contracts in this way a minimum cost for the required support can be achieved. Contracts can be altered or cancelled at any time with only a one month written notice so that a change in client’s requirements can be quickly actioned.
