Introduction to Services
Our services can be broken down into three areas.
1. Consultancy
Consultancy may sound like a costly service but we provide very competitive pricing for designing, implementing and maintaining solutions. We have provided services ranging from major involvement in a European wide 34 site Windows NT rollout for 7000 users to installing single server systems for small businesses. Our focus is on identifying the business need of the client and to provide a solution to that business need. The philosophy at On-Line Services is to never knowingly oversell. We understand that cost is important to our customers so we provide solutions that meet a need at minimum cost whilst designing as much scalability into each solution as possible so that future needs may be accommodated.
We do not normally charge for travelling time or call-out fees. If in exceptional circumstances we believe that this is necessary, we will clearly state this before attending a customer site.
2. Hardware and Software Products
On-Line Services can provide a complete solution for a customer. As well as designing, installing and maintaining systems we can provide hardware and software required for a solution at a competitive price so that there is a 'one stop shop'. If a customer requires sourcing from a different supplier we can provide advice on what to order and where it can be sourced from.
3. Maintenance
Maintenance of implemented solutions and existing systems either on a time and materials basis or by fixed price maintenance contract can be provided.
